Advertisement to Pre-Qualify Bidders: Greek Village Phase 4 Infrastructure

Frank L. Blum Construction, Inc. has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by the NC State
University and is seeking to pre-qualify construction trade and specialty contractors to submit a bid for furnishing labor,
materials, equipment, and tools for the Greek Village Phase 4 Infrastructure Package project in Raleigh, NC.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Greek Village Phase 4 Infrastructure Package includes hazardous materials abatement of Greek
Houses 7, 8 13/14, and the Entomology complex. New road construction, creation of new building pads 5, 6, 7, and 15 for
future building construction. This includes grading, installation of parking lots, and other infrastructure work. This work also
includes the creation of building pads and associated infrastructure work for one Apartment building and two Townhouses to
be built in a future Phase.

Subcontractors may choose to prequalify for multiple bid packages.
