North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for Structural Repairs – Mann Hall, located on North Campus. The project repairs damaged and deteriorated concrete structural columns and replace all exterior windows. Also included are envelope repairs, masonry repairs, and roof repairs to correct moisture intrusion issues.
To qualify, the contractor must have a general contractor’s license in the State of North Carolina as well as applicable bonding requirements. The contractor must show comparable work experience, both in complexity and dollar value, and preferably in a University campus environment, to the scope of work outlined above.
To be considered, the contractor must obtain an application package from the NC State University Project Manager and submit a sealed, fully completed qualification document by 5:00 PM, April 6, 2021, to Melanie Butler, project manager, by email only, to email@example.com. No hard copies shall be submitted. Application packages will be available electronically after March 15, 2021. Please contact the project manager via email (preferred) or phone to request a package.
