Greek Village Phase 4- Subcontractor Prequalification Advertisement

Frank L. Blum Construction, Inc. has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by North Carolina State University and is seeking to prequalify construction trade and specialty contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and tools for the Greek Village Phase 4 Buildings Package project in Raleigh, NC.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Greek Village Phase 4 Buildings Package includes the construction and site infrastructure for three new, residential-style buildings located within NC State’s existing Greek Village. The apartment building will be a 56,132 SF, 4-story, wood-framed building with 147 total beds arranged in apartment-style suites with a central corridor.  The 3-story Townhouse A is a total of 22,786 SF and will have 75 total beds and will include a commercial kitchen on the ground floor.  Townhouse B has 57 beds at 17,136 SF and will also be 3-stories.  All three buildings will have a combination of brick and cementitious veneer with asphalt shingles and aluminum gutters and an interior elevator for ADA access. Building construction is scheduled to start in Q3 of 2021 and must be completed by early 2023.
