NC State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for improvements to the Thomas Hall HVAC Upgrades, located in NC State’s central campus precinct. This project will refurbish air handling units 1&2, furnish and install two 50 kcfm supply fan arrays, and modify SA duct to reduce pressure drop.
To qualify, the contractor must have a general contractor’s license in the State of North Carolina as well as applicable bonding requirements. The contractor must show comparable work experience, both in complexity and dollar value, and preferably in a University campus environment, to the scope of work outlined above.
To be considered, the contractor must obtain an application package from the NC State University Project Manager and submit a sealed, fully completed qualification document by 5:00 pm, November 1, 2021, to David Hammock, project manager, by email only, to firstname.lastname@example.org. No hard copies shall be submitted. Application packages will be available electronically after October 4, 2021. Please contact the project manager via email to request a package.
