Dabney Hall Renovation: Proposals for Construction Manager-at-Risk

Project: Dabney Hall Renovation NCSU Project: 202220003

Description: This is a multi-phased occupied renovation project for Dabney Hall (1969). The priority for the first phase of renovation includes building systems/exhaust upgrades and repair of the building envelope.  The project will create a master plan for renovations to be implemented floor-by-floor in phases.

Project Budget: $60,000,000 – The project is funded through Construction. The project budget of $60 million includes design, construction, and other project-related soft costs.
