Construction Manager at Risk: Baseball Renovations & Additions- Doak Field

North Carolina State University is accepting proposals for Construction Manager at Risk for the Baseball Renovations & Additions – Doak Field until 5:00 p.m. on October 20, 2022.  No hard copies will be accepted. Only electronic copies emailed to will be accepted. 

This multi-phase, multi-building project that will focus on improving competitive team performance spaces with a new indoor batting/pitching lab facility, team lounge/locker rooms, and other facility support components. New fan experience amenities include seating, concessions, restrooms, shade structures, and premium entertainment spaces.

The project is funded through design band pre-construction services.  The Total Project budget of $15 million includes design, construction, and other project-related costs.

A pre-submittal conference will be held from 11:00 am on October 10, 2022, in Room 301 of the Administrative Services III Building located at 2601 Wolf Village Way. Obtain parking permits from NCSU Transportation, located in Administrative Services Building I, at 2721 Sullivan Drive.
