Request for General Contractor Prequalification Submittals- Women’s Basketball Locker Room Renovation – Reynolds Coliseum

North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for improvements to the Women’s Basketball Locker Room in Reynolds Coliseum, located on Central Campus. The project scope includes renovating the existing Women’s Basketball Locker Room in Reynolds Coliseum. The renovation will consolidate the locker area to enlarge the player’s collaboration and interaction lounge. It will also repurpose underutilized coaches’ spaces to become player spaces.

To qualify, the contractor must have a general contractor’s license in the State of North Carolina as well as applicable bonding requirements.  The contractor must show comparable work experience, both in complexity and dollar value and preferably in a university campus environment, to the scope of work outlined above.

To be considered, the contractor must obtain an application package from the NC State University Project Manager and submit a fully completed qualification document by 5:00 pm, Friday, November 18, 2022, to Melissa Diamond, project manager, by email only to  No hard copies will be accepted.  Application packages will be available electronically after October 23, 2022.  Please contact the project manager via email (preferred) or phone to request a package or download it from the link below.
