Construction Manager At-Risk: Polk Hall Renovations

North Carolina State University is accepting proposals for Construction Manager at Risk for the Polk Hall Renovations project until 5:00 p.m. on March 9, 2023.  No hard copies will be accepted. Only electronic documents emailed to rmcwikla@ncsu.edu will be accepted. 

This multi-phased project will renovate a portion of Polk Hall (127,500 GSF) to improve research, office, and student spaces. Deficient mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building systems will be addressed in phases. Polk Hall houses the departments of Structural & Molecular Biochemistry and Animal Science. 

The project is funded through design and pre-construction services.  The total project budget of $10 million includes design, construction, and other project-related costs.

A pre-submittal conference will be held at 3:30 pm on February 7, 2023, in Room 301 of the Administrative Services III Building located at 2601 Wolf Village Way. Obtain parking permits from NCSU Transportation, located in Administrative Services Building I, at 2721 Sullivan Drive.
