North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general
contractors for improvements to Witherspoon Student Center Room 126 Renovations,
located on Main Campus. The project renovations include Meeting Room, 1st Floor
Public Toilet, Main Lobby, and Site Improvements for the Patio.
To qualify, the contractor must have a general contractor’s license in the State of North
Carolina as well as applicable bonding requirements. The contractor must show
comparable work experience, both in complexity and dollar value and preferably in a
university campus environment, to the scope of work outlined above.
To be considered, the contractor must obtain an application package from the NC State
University Project Manager and submit a fully completed qualification document by 4:00
pm on Monday, April 10, 2023, to Angkana Bode, project manager, by email only to
apbodee@ncsu.edu. No hard copies will be accepted. Application packages will be
available electronically on 3/19/23. Please contact the project manager via email
(preferred) or phone to request a package or download it from the link below.
NOTE: The SCO Prequalification Package has been updated recently. Please use the
project-specific form provided by NC State by the link provided. Submissions on any
other form will be considered non-responsive.
