NC State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for the comprehensive renovation of portions of the Talley Student Union located at 2610 Cates Ave., Raleigh. The project includes interior improvements to the existing “One-Earth” food service venue. The comprehensive renovation of approximately 4,485 Sq. Ft. of kitchen, dining, food preparation, storage, refrigeration/freezer, and dishwashing will increase production and throughput for this venue. Work is anticipated to occur over the Summer of 2027.
A qualification application document must be submitted by October 19, 2026, to Bob Cwikla, Project Manager, by email only. No hard copies will be accepted. Application packages will be available electronically after 9/11/26.
