Formerly the home of University Graphics, this building opened in 1974 on Sullivan Drive. The building is now home to Transportation, as well as Campus Enterprises.

This building, along with Administrative Services II and III, is part of the George Worsley Administrative Services Complex. George Worsley was vice chancellor for finance and business for more than 28 years and retired in 2004 after 41 total years of service to the university. He was also a key advisor in the 15-year development of Centennial Campus and oversaw its transition from 1,000 acres of undeveloped land to its current status as a successful technology park with numerous academic, government and business partners.
