Facilities SOPs and Guidelines support operational consistency and effective decision-making across the division.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) outline required processes, responsibilities, and standardized steps that must be followed. Guidelines provide recommended practices and supporting information to assist with implementation and decision-making.

When creating a new SOP or guideline, please use the applicable SOP Template or Guideline Template. Prior to initiating development, please contact Archie Luce, Operations and Projects Coordinator, at reluce@ncsu.edu for division coordination.
