Administrative Services III

Building Address: 2601 Wolf Village Way (show on map)

Building Abbreviation: AS3

Building Number: 215

Precinct: Central

Administrative Services III was funded with bond funds approved by North Carolina’s voters in the historic $3.1 billion University and Community College Bond Referendum on November 7, 2000. Formerly known as the Support Services Center, it is located on Sullivan Drive next to Administrative Services II. It is the third in a “dispersed functional satellites” land use plan designed to move all business and support activity away from academic areas to provide more space for the growing student population.

This building, along with Administrative Services I and II, is part of the George Worsley Administrative Services Complex. It is named for George Worsley, vice chancellor for finance and business for more than 28 years, who retired in 2004 after 41 total years of service to the university.
