Designer Advertisement – Flex Factory Phase 2 – Textiles Complex

Project Description
This is the second phase of a multi-phase renovation and modernization of the Textiles Complex. The Textiles Complex is located in the Centennial Campus precinct and was built in 1990. The second phase will renovate approximately 9,000 square feet of space located on the first floor and will execute several small “enabling” projects to vacate and make room for a roughly 6,000 square foot expansion of the Flex Factory. Key features will include a new Physical Testing Lab, which will include an analytics, validation and testing lab. The space should maintain a collaborative space with labs, small conference rooms, meetup spaces and office spaces. This will likely be an occupied renovation.

Project Budget
The total project budget is $5,300,000 and includes design, construction and all associated soft costs.

Project Site
The project is located at 1020 Main Campus Drive, Raleigh, NC 27606 in the Centennial Campus Precinct.
