Lake Raleigh Bridge – Architecture Engineer Selection

This project designs and constructs a boardwalk type pedestrian bridge to connect the StateView Hotel to Lake Raleigh and to the future Town Center (existing Lake Raleigh fishing area). The approximately 450 foot bridge spans across the northeast area of Lake Raleigh. The specific location and construction type will be determined during the project.  This bridge will be on or as low to the water as practical allowing for unobstructed lake and natural area views.  This bridge will incorporate lighting and other design elements to allow for a unique campus structure.  This bridge will be a vital connection for visitors from the hotel to the vast array of retail and restaurant services planned for the Town Center.
