Description: This project renovates approximately 13,200 square feet of research labs in Monteith Engineering Research Center (constructed in 1997). Modifications to electrical, mechanical, exhaust, low-purity nitrogen, and equipment utilities will be required to support a new semiconductor research grant. This project will be MEP lead.

Project Schedule: Planned completion of the project is October 2025.
