Samet/WC Construction a Joint Venture is soliciting sealed bids for all bid packages. Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 PM on 05/15/2024, at the Admin III Building, Room 124 at 2601 Wolf Village Way, Raleigh, NC, for the Mechanical and Electrical Upgrades with Interior Renovations.
Early bid submissions can be made prior to 5 PM on 05/14/2024, and delivered to Samet Corporation’s office at 5430 Wade Park Blvd, Suite 110, Raleigh.
Plans and specifications can be obtained by prequalified subcontractors. Bidders are strongly encouraged to include opportunities for Minority Business participation wherever possible in their respective bid submissions. Minority Business is a part of this contract and must comply with the State of North Carolina General Statutes. The CM and Owner reserve the right to reject all proposals.
