A pre-bid meeting and project site visit for these bid packages will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at NC State Administrative Services III Building, address is 2601 Wolf Village Way in Room 301. Virtual attendance is also available for the pre-bid meeting through Microsoft Teams (https://tinyurl.com/3bdy8j3z). All prequalified bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting.
An Owner Preferred Brands meeting will be held at 2:30 PM on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, preceding the pre-bid meeting at NC State Administrative Services III Building, address is 2601 Wolf Village Way in Room 301. Virtual attendance is also available for the preferred brands’ meeting through Microsoft Teams (https://tinyurl.com/3bdy8j3z). This public meeting is being held in accordance with SCO GS 133-3 to review and address Owner Preferred Products for the following bid packages: BP-32B Unit Paving – a. Permeable Red Paver: Pine Hall Brick, Storm Pave, Pathway full range, b. Red Brick: Pine Hall Brick, Pathway full range, wire cut, c. White Brick: Pine Hall Brick, White.
