This project constructs a new 8,000 sq ft facility to accommodate 4H and FFA which were displaced by the NCDOT I-440 widening project. The new facility provides office and office support space designed with flexibility of use.

An open public meeting will be held on June 19, 2024 at 2:30 in Room 301 of Administrative Services III Building at 2601 Wolf Village Way, Raleigh, NC 27695. The meeting is to identify preferred brand alternates and their performance standards pertinent to this project.
